One of Washington's favorite shows, "Homeland," concluded its second season Sunday with a literal bang. (And a collective groan from critics and fans alike). But don't fret, there's more TV set in D.C. coming in 2013. First, ABC's "Scandal" returns Jan. 10, the same night NBC's "1600 Penn" is set to debut. For those who needs spies in their lives, "The Americans" airs on FX on Jan. 30. "Felicity's" Keri Russell stars in the Cold War era drama. And finally, "Veep's" second season is being filmed now, with episodes expected to air on HBO later in the year.
