CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch is spending part of his Thanksgiving serving up meals to the needy. As he has in past years, Lynch is heading to Concord's Windmill Restaurant to join a legion of volunteers in serving up Thanksgiving dinner. The restaurant typically serves about 700 people.
