Move over Beyonce, there's another "Star Spangled Banner" singing (or lip-synching?) diva coming to town. Madame Tussauds Washington, D.C., is receiving one of four Whitney Houston wax figurines being made to resemble the late songstress. D.C.'s Whitney will depict her singing the "Star Spangled Banner" at the 1991 Super Bowl. Houston lip-synched this rendition, something that's been mentioned numerous times in recent days on the heels of Beyonce's own national anthem controversy. Washington's Whitney will be unveiled in New York City in early February and will be moved to her new home in the District shortly thereafter.
