Our weekly look at the loudest screech from the mainstream media features CNN's Jessica Yellin's discussion on Wednesday's Anderson Cooper 360 of Mitt Romney's phrase, "binders full of women" when talking about his record of hiring women when governor of Massachusetts:

"It was very unfortunate for Governor Romney because it sort of raises this question, 'can he relate to working women?' You know, it made it sound almost like working women are some mail-order product you can order out of colored binders," she said, adding, "and, you know, there are so many directions you can go. What did the tabs in that binder say for each of the women, you know?"

Media Research Center Vice President of Research Brent Baker explains our pick: "Yellin reflects how far CNN has fallen, from the pioneering all-news cable channel to channeling the silly attack spin from a left-wing campaign trying to avoid the substance of how the poor economy has hurt women."

Rating: Four out of five screams.
