A Woodbridge man was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl at a private residence that is also a licensed day care.

Dayquan Michael Miller, 18, lives at the residence and was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy and one count of aggravated sexual battery, Prince William County police said. He was being held Wednesday without bond.

Tuesday, police began to investigate the report of a sexual assault in the 13100 block of Quade Lane in Woodbridge. According to the investigation, Miller sexually assaulted a 3-year-old Manassas girl at the residence while the victim was in the care of day care workers.

Other children were at the residence at the time of the incident, but no one else was assaulted, police said.
