Police arrested Washington, D.C. resident Theandre Moore, 54, in connection with a Seat Pleasant bank robbery.
According to police, Moore went to the Bank of America on the 5800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Highway at 9 a.m. on Jan. 8, led a teller to believe he had a weapon and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Prince George's County police released a description of the suspect as well as his vehicle. D.C. police saw Moore driving in the city and noticed that his car matched that description. They pulled him over and eventually arrested him after matching his physical appearance to that of the suspect.
Police said that Moore admitted his involvement in the bank robbery and is currently awaiting extradition from D.C. to Maryland.
