A man who allegedly abducted his 1-year-old son has been charged, police said.

Julio Arriaza Moya was charged with one count of abduction and two counts of second-degree assault, according to Prince George's County police.

Maryland State Police issued an AMBER alert for the suspect's son, Cesar Steven Martinez, on Tuesday. The father and son were found in the District Heights area Tuesday night, and the boy was unharmed, police said.
