A 47-year-old man was killed Friday after what police say was an incident of road rage. Brian David Samf, residence unknown, was run over after he tried to attack another driver, Prince William County Police said. Samf and an unidentified 38-year-old Manassas man were both driving westbound on Yates Ford Road in Fairfax County, when police said Samf began tailgating the driver of the truck....
