A 23-year-old man shot in Southeast D.C. early Monday has died, police said.
Robert Maurice Lesueur of Northeast D.C. was found by police at about 1:30 a.m. on the 1700 block of 27th Street SE suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a hospital but died a short time later, police said.
