A 28-year-old was fatally shot near Aspen Hill in Montgomery County early Sunday and authorities are looking for two suspects.

Montgomery County Police said they found the wounded man in the 3700 block of Bel Pre Road after responding to a report of gunfire just before 3 a.m. The man, whose identity was not immediately released, was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Police believe the man had been approached by two men and an argument led to the shooting. No detailed suspect description was immediately available, though.

Police ask anyone with information about the slaying to call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Tipsters may remain anonymous and be eligible for up $10,000 in rewards.
