< p>ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — A man who pleaded guilty to manslaughter for killing a Maryland Transportation Authority Police officer when he slammed into his cruiser in 2004 has been sentenced to two more years in prison for violating probation.

Forty-year-old Albert Antonelli of Queenstown was sentenced on Tuesday.

Antonelli served three years in prison after killing 29-year-old Officer Duke Aaron III when his pickup truck, traveling more than 70 mph, hit the back of Aaron's unmarked cruiser on Route 50 west near the Bay Bridge.

Antonelli was charged in May with possession of drugs, not marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. A trial on those charges is scheduled for Sept. 21.

The Capital in Annapolis (http://bit.ly/Q5TuBi) reports that Antonelli told the judge Tuesday that he was sober when he was arrested.
