Maryland's MARC commuter train service will be shuttling riders into the District on two of its three lines for Obama's second inauguration. The Maryland Transit Administration plans to run limited service during the morning and afternoon of Jan. 21 on the Penn and Brunswick lines. The Camden Line will not operate.
