ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Top aides to Gov. Martin O'Malley and a Baltimore lawmaker joined him and the first lady at the Super Bowl in New Orleans earlier this month that was won by the Baltimore Ravens.

Raquel Guillory, a spokeswoman for the governor, said Wednesday that Stephen Neuman and T. Eloise Foster bought four of the eight tickets O'Malley had because the governor has a skybox at M&T Bank Stadium. Neuman is O'Malley's director of public affairs. Foster is the governor's budget secretary.

Guillory also says Delegate Shawn Tarrant, D-Baltimore, bought two tickets.

Guillory says the tickets were all paid for from personal funds.

The tickets, which were purchased at face value, ranged in cost from $950 to $1,250.
