Marvin Gaye's family has filed a federal suit alleging Robin Thicke's hit song "Blurred Lines" borrows a bit too much from their father's chart topping song "Got To Give It Up." This latest filing is actually a countersuit. Back in August, Robin filed a preemptive motion preventing Gaye's estate from getting legal. Thicke's suit says, "Being reminiscent of a sound is not copyright infringement. The plantiffs are after damages arguing that Thicke's label should forfeit all profits from "Blurred Lines."
