NEW YORK (AP) — Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city is not considering court action right now in connection with the school bus strike.

Bloomberg was asked Wednesday on Fox5 News whether the city would seek a temporary injunction.

The mayor said it's not "time to do that." He added that it's not clear whether "all the members" of the union are on strike.
