July 28. 10 a.m. BALTIMORE MAYOR-PARKING GARAGES — Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake plans to announce her intention to introduce new legislation to sell four city-owned parking garages fund urgent priorities. Rawlings-Blake and members of the City Council also will participate in the grand opening of the Morrell Park Community Center. This is the first recreation center to be built in 10 years.
