Michelle Obama found some good eats in her hometown on Wednesday night, spotted getting dinner at RPM Italian in Chicago, according to E! Online.

According to the report, the first lady dined with an unidentified friend and received a round of applause from other diners before being whisked into a private dining room.

Obama is on tour for the third anniversary of Let's Move, her anti-childhood obesity initiative. Whatever she ate at the Italian restaurant apparently didn't weigh her down, as she was out dancing with about 6,000 kids at the McCormick Place in Chicago on Thursday, demonstrating her own advice to "get active" in a work out led by Olympic track star Allyson Felix.

As she often does when speaking in her hometown, Obama touted her South Side roots at the event.

"Although I am the first lady of the United States of America, listen to this, because this is the truth. I am no different from you," she told the audience.

Superstar athletes including Serena Williams, Gabrielle Douglas, Colin Kaepernick and Dominique Dawes also joined Felix and Obama on Thursday to announce new grants for physical education in schools.
