When you're the first lady, you still turn 49, but you can't buy a sports car or go bungee jumping to cling to your youth.

"This is my midlife crisis: the bangs," Michelle Obama told Rachael Ray on Monday, according to USA Today.

The first lady also told the chef she isn't picking favorites for the Oscars. Michelle Obama particularly liked "Lincoln," "Argo" and "Beasts of the Southern Wild."

The interview airs Wednesday on "The Rachael Ray Show."
