More free cupcakes, this time for '1600 Penn'

Sprinkles in Georgetown will be giving away free "1600 Penn" cupcakes on Thursday to coincide with the premiere of the NBC show. "1600 Penn's" cast and writers will be in town Wednesday to discuss the new comedy.
