Following three roundtable discussions on Capitol Hill, a Senate congressional committee will discuss the rising number of campus sexual assaults sweeping across the country. The problem is impacting students nationwide and the White House released a report in April detailing ways colleges can change the culture on campus.

House Speaker John Boehner said Wednesday he is planning on suing the Obama administration over the president's use of executive action. President Obama has used executive orders as a way to bypass a stalled congress, however Boehner thinks he is breaking the law. The Ohio Republican wouldn't specify on what executive orders would be targeted during the lawsuit and that this doesn't have anything to do with impeachment.
