President Obama is set to tap Bob McDonald as the next secretary of Veterans Affairs today. McDonald is a former executive of Procter and Gamble, having worked for the company from July 2009 to July 2013. Recently, President Obama accepted the resignation of VA Secretary Eric Shinseki.
