Research in Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) says it is confident it can return to growth in Q3 and beyond. Texas Instruments (NYSE:TXN) said it will raise its quarterly cash dividend 31%. The new quarterly dividend will be 17c per share of common stock, resulting in annual dividend payments of 68c per common share. Medtronic (NYSE:MDT) received second clearance from the FDA to treat AIS. Endo Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ENDP) issued a nationwide voluntary recall of oral contraceptives. General Electric (NYSE:GE) will expand in Russia with two new joint ventures.
