NBC is holding a casting call this weekend aimed at finding home cooks brave enough to go up against professional chefs for a new prime-time cooking show. Auditions are being held Saturday at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center as part of the 2013 NBC4 Health and Fitness Expo from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Interested cooks must fill out an online form. They are being asked to prepare their dishes at home and then quickly plate them at the expo. The temperature of the dishes is not being taken into account by judges. This is the only East Coast casting call for the show. Admission to the expo is free.
