The chief operating officer for the Trump Organization is reportedly being scrutinized by New York prosecutors ascertaining whether he paid taxes on certain benefits given to him as part of his job.

Prosecutors advised Matthew Calamari, who used to be a bodyguard for former President Donald Trump, to get a lawyer for him and his son, Matthew Calamari Jr., the company’s corporate director of security, according to the Wall Street Journal. Sources told the news outlet the Calamaris hired Nicholas Gravante Jr., head of commercial litigation at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
