NCAA Hands Down "Unprecedented" Sanctions to Penn State

The NCAA has handed down "unprecedented" sanctions on Penn State University's football program in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child abuse scandal. PSU will incur $60 million in fines, a four-year bowl ban, a reduction in scholarships and the vacating of all wins between 1998-2001, which means coach Joe Paterno is no longer the winningest coach in NCAA history.
