Nearly half the nation views President Obama as a “poor” leader.

Rasmussen reports, in their latest monthly survey on the president's leadership style, said that 45 percent rate him as “poor,” the highest number he's ever received 66 months of polling on the issue.

Rate Obama As A Leader:

Excellent: 21 percent.

Good: 20 percent.

Fair: 14 percent.

Poor: 45 percent.

The April 17-18 poll of 1,000 likely voters revealed a racial split over how blacks and whites view the president’s leadership. Of blacks polled, 48 percent gave Obama an excellent grade and just 3 percent a poor rating. Just 15 percent of whites rated the president’s leadership excellent, with 53 percent calling it poor.
