ROYAL FLUSH: Graduate business students with a good poker face and a few hundred dollars to spare can win a job at a Las Vegas casino, if they play their cards right.

LUCK BE A LADY: Caesar's Entertainment is giving 20 lucky MBAs interviews for a spot in its management trainee program, which pays $16,000. A poker tournament is part of the recruiting process and helps the company find "critical thinkers who also like to have fun."

REAL CARDS: Nearly 300 candidates ante from $85 to $225 to enter the poker tournament, depending on how much they hope to win.
