HERE'S LOOKING AT YOU: Utah lawmakers have approved a change in state liquor laws that repeals a barrier requirement, known as "Zion Curtains," in a move they say will encourage new business.

BOTTOMS UP: Utah's famously strict liquor laws previously forbid a restaurant from pouring alcohol in front of customers. The intention was to shield children and underage customers from booze.

ANOTHER ROUND: More measures under consideration would further ease the state's liquor regulations. They include allowing customers to get a drink before ordering food and another to make more liquor licenses available to restaurants.
