An emerging phenomenon of the social media era: Congressional staffers who accidentally tweet from their bosses' Twitter accounts rather than their own.

It happened again Monday when Jen Talaber, a spokeswoman for Rep. Phil Gingrey, R-Ga., mistakenly tweeted this from Gingrey's official Twitter account: "Cream soda is life. The rest is details."

Talaber also tweeted: "Well this day just turned around for me. WOOOHHOOOOOO."

Both tweets were deleted. "I don't know how to use my iPhone," Talaber sheepishly told Yeas & Nays. She said she had gotten excited about cream soda after having some on tap at Taylor Gourmet and mixed up the Twitter accounts on her phone. The tweet had nothing to do with Gingrey. "I don't know if he likes cream soda or not," she said.
