Don't have Netflix but you still want to watch "House of Cards?" No worries. Netflix announced on Friday that it would be allowing non-subscribers to view the first episode of the made-for-Netflix series starring Kevin Spacey. On Friday, all 13 episodes of the new web series debuted on the streaming site. If you like the first episode, however, you'll have to pay up to see the rest.
