Since E! News covers the celebrities that come to town, it would make sense that the network's correspondent Ross Mathews would be one of the first faces spotted in town. He stopped by JR's on 17th Street Friday night.

On Saturday, Bill Clinton made the Newseum's staff and security team happy by doing a grip and grin with them, when he was there to give a speech. On Saturday night, stars stopped by balls thrown by their home states, including Jamie Foxx, who wore cowboy boots to the Texas Black Tie and Boots Ball, and Ashley Judd, who attended Kentucky's Bluegrass Ball. Mario Lopez was seen at Cities and musician Moby spun beats at the U Street Music Hall.

Then on Sunday, a source told Yeas & Nays that former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright was caught waiting to pay for her parking (just like the rest of us) at the Doggett's parking lot in Georgetown, before attending Tina Brown's Cafe Milano brunch.
