Mr. President, welcome back to your former campaign operation.

According to the White House schedule, President Obama will attend an “Organizing for Action” dinner in Washington D.C. on Monday night.

The president’s former campaign operation – now a non-profit organization – raised $8.2 million in the second quarter of 2013, and $13.1 million so far this year.

Obama will deliver remarks and answer questions at the dinner. The remarks at the event will be open press and there will be print pool coverage for the dinner remarks only.

That means the donors to Obama’s former campaign arm will enjoy unfettered access to the president this evening in exchange for their donations.

The dinner will be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel-Grand Ballroom in Washington, DC.
