LAS VEGAS (AP) — Campaign officials say President Barack Obama's Nevada visit this weekend will include a speech at a Las Vegas high school.

The event set for Sunday evening at Desert Pines High School kicks off a three-day stay in southern Nevada, where Obama will prepare for next Wednesday's presidential debate in Colorado.

Campaign officials say the debate preparations will take place at an undisclosed location in Henderson.

It will be Obama's ninth appearance in Nevada this year.

Nevada is a key battleground state in the upcoming election. Early voting begins Oct. 20.
