Just hours before President Obama faces off with GOP challenger Mitt Romney over foreign policy issues in their last presidential debate, a conservative group is slamming the commander-in-chief for being a friend of dictators and strong-arm rulers like Cuba's Fidel Castro, Russia's Vladimir Putin and Venezuela's Hugo Chavez.

"Obama secured the dictator vote. Does he have yours?" asked a new web video produced for the Campaign for American Values PAC, run by evangelical leader and former presidential candidate Gary Bauer. His group, running other ads in battleground states, is expected to put the new video titled "The Dictator Vote" into play soon.

Below is the text of the new ad:

Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez tramples on basic human rights and silences critical media.

He's also said "If I was from the United States, I'd vote for Obama.

Russia's Vladimir Putin supplies weapons to terrorists, supports Iran's nuclear ambitions and calls President Obama "an honest man who really wants to change much for the better."

Even Fidel Castro once called Obama "the most progressive candidate to the U.S. presidency."

Chavez, Putin, Castro....Obama's secured the Dictator Vote. Does he have yours?

Campaign for American Values PAC is responsible for the content of this advertising."
