Obama promises candy to Halloween trick-or-treaters this year instead of fruit

During last night’s interview with Jay Leno, President Obama was asked if the White House got “egged” last year after Michelle Obama handed out fruit to trick-or-treaters instead of candy.

“It is true, Michelle takes healthy eating seriously, but it is an election year so, candy for everybody,” Obama joked, promising big “Hershey bars” for people visiting the White House from Ohio.
