Pollster John Zogby's weekly report card finds President Obama may be the new Teflon President as he begins the week:

"There was no bounce after his Inaugural Address, but Obama kept his approval rating at 54 percent, which is still bragging rights, especially while the approval ratings of Republicans in both houses of Congress are stuck in the teens. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's confrontation with the Senate is not likely to damage Obama because each side is already polarized and she is leaving anyway. The criticism of the administration's plan to end the ban on women in combat was muted. And the GOP has thrown down the gauntlet with a temporary debt limit fix that the administration looks like they will accept -- so at least the kick-the-can game is moving along more quickly. Is there a new Teflon President?"
