ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (AP) — President Barack Obama will be campaigning in Milwaukee on Saturday as part of a multistate swing before Tuesday's election.

His campaign announced the stop on Wednesday. Obama will speak at the Delta Convention Center. Pop star Katy Perry will perform at the event. The president is also campaigning in Green Bay on Thursday morning.

The two new stops come as a Marquette University Law School poll released Wednesday shows Obama leading Republican Mitt Romney 51 percent to 43 percent in Wisconsin.

The poll of 1,243 likely voters was done between Oct. 25 and Sunday and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.8 percentage points.

Romney plans to campaign near Milwaukee on Friday.

Both running mates, Paul Ryan and Joe Biden, are also campaigning in Wisconsin this week.
