CURTIS BAY, Md. (AP) — Anne Arundel County Police say an off-duty Prince George's County Police officer has been charged in an alleged road rage incident.

It happened about 7 a.m. Tuesday on Interstate 97. Police say a man passed a car driven by Cpl. Joey Torres. Officers say Torres began driving behind the man's car and followed him to Ordnance Road in Curtis Bay, where the man pulled into a parking lot.
