Paul Ryan reacts: ‘This is not even close to what a recovery looks like’

On CNBC moments ago, Republican Vice Presidential nominee Paul Ryan reacted to the less-than-impressive jobs data released earlier this morning.

“This is not even close to what a recovery looks like,” Ryan said, “Look, we would need to actually have 150,000 jobs created just to keep in pace with population growth.”

Ryan added that the number of people who dropped out of the workforce was also a concern, “For every net job created, nearly four people left the workforce.”
