It looks like the best place to spy on stars late night on inauguration Monday may be the W Hotel. We hear that singers John Legend, Pharrell Williams,

Russell Simmons

and "Couples Retreat" actress Malin Akerman are heading to an invite-only rooftop party there, hosted by video game company Electronic Arts. For those more excited to see political types, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa are also expected to attend.
