Fairfax County police have come up with a sketch in their hunt for a man who is not accused of any crime, but is suspected of following a 16-year-old girl on Oct. 1 around 8 p.m.

The man followed the girl and approached her near the 7000 block of Golden Horseshoe Court in Springfield, insisting that she had a flat tire in her car and she needed to take a closer look at it. She knew this to be untrue and fled, police said.

Police describe the man as Asian or Hispanic and in his late 20s. He is believed to be driving a bright blue Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

Anyone with information should call 1-866-411-8477.
