The woman whose skull and body parts were found earlier this month in Anne Arundel has been identified.

The remains are those of 20-year-old Jessica Lynn Lee, officials said. She went missing from Brooklyn Park in May.

On Aug. 6, Lee's skull was found by a man walking into the treeline behind Ollie's Bargain Outlet in the 8100 block of Ritchie Highway in Pasadena. Several hours later, remaining body parts were found, Anne Arundel County police officials said.

The medical examiner's office found that Lee died of trauma to her upper body, and her death is being investigated as a homicide.
