Manassas City police are investigating a body that was found in a vacant parking lot Tuesday morning.
Shortly after 7:30 a.m., officers went to the 9000 block of Church Street and found the body of an unidentified black male. The person's cause and manner of death are under investigation, according to Manassas City police.
