A District Heights establishment that was ordered closed after a February shooting in its parking lot has been shut down again, police said.

The Rose Cafe, which was formerly called the Star Dust Lounge, was shut down on Feb. 8 after a shooting had occurred two days earlier outside the adult-entertainment club. A suspect in that shooting was charged, Prince George's County police said.

A zoning hearing examiner allowed the business to reopen on March 1 under certain conditions, including that it stop adult-entertainment activities. But police ordered the business closed again on Saturday after they learned that it was continuing to operate outside of its use and occupancy permit.
