The day after voters finally ended a long, bruising election, Washington looked much the same as it did before the election. If voters were fed up with the most unpopular Congress in polling history, they didn't show it Tuesday. Republicans were left in charge of the House. Democrats added two seats to their majority in the Senate. And President Obama was allowed to remain in the White House....
