Did Clint Eastwood’s “empty chair skit” offend President Obama?

“One thing about being president or running for president — if you’re easily offended, you should probably choose another profession,” Obama said in an interview with USA Today.

Eastwood added that he was still a “huge Clint Eastwood fan” and that “the last few movies that he’s made have been terrific.”

Eastwood directed a J. Edgar Hoover biopic last year and recently directed and starred in the films Gran Torino and Million Dollar Baby.
