The today for tomorrow program was put in place in 2004 as an active response to the demographic change. The key issue is how to preserve the employees’ health, performance capacity and competence. There are three big points: Workplace design and ergonomics, work organization like stabile processes, and health and prevention. Health and prevention mean an onside physiotherapy program, an ongoing prevention program in the plant, also a healthy meal in our canteen and also providing facilities placed near to the employees like active rooms and restrooms. And in general it is important that the employee himself is fully involved like an onside expert.
