Rand Paul filibuster continues: ‘Are you going to drop a Hellfire missile on Jane Fonda?’

During his lengthy filibuster speech questioning President Obama’s drone policy, Sen. Rand Paul R-Ky. questioned whether the United States government had the right to issue a drone strike against dissenters of American foreign policy.

“No one will ever forget Jane Fonda swiveling around in North Vietnamese armored guns and it was despicable,” Paul said. "That’s one thing if you want to try her for treason, but are you going to just drop a drone Hellfire missile on Jane Fonda?"
