Rand Paul has held it in for 13 hours, his office says

U.S. CAPITOL–Sen. Rand Paul, objecting to the notion that the U.S. government can assassinate U.S. citizens on U.S. soil posing no imminent threat, has been holding the Senate floor for 13 hours at this point.

He hasn’t left the floor the whole time. So here’s the question: what about going to the bathroom.

Here’s the answer I got from two Paul staffers: he’s simply held it in. He didn’t get fitted with a catheter. He didn’t put on an adult diaper. He has simply held it in.
