During his Tea Party Response to President Obama’s State of the Union address, Sen. Rand Paul explained that he wanted struggling Americans to have a job – not a free phone.

“The only stimulus ever proven to work is leaving more money in the hands of those who earned it!” Paul proclaimed. “For those who are struggling we want to you to have something infinitely more valuable than a free phone, we want you to have a job and pathway to success.”
